Little Millet is a traditional crop in India that is widely famous among people who are health conscious as these tiny grains are packed with a great number of nutritious substances. Little Millets are gluten-free, non-acid-forming, and a perfect addition to the diet of people who do yoga, workouts, cardio, etc

Recipes:
1. Little Millet Sadam

Ingredients:

Little millet cooked rice - 1 cup, 
Grated coconut - 1 cup, 
Ghee - 6 tsp, 
Urad dal (green gram dal) 1 1/2 tsp, 
Red chilli - 2, 
Green Chilli - 2, 
Cashew nuts - 1/2 cup, 
Mustard - 1/2 tsp, 
Asafoetida - 1 pinch, 
Salt to taste.

Method:

In a frying pan add ghee and heat it. Then add urad dal, red chilli, and mustard. When mustard crackles add green chilli, salt and grated coconut and fry until the coconut becomes slightly red. Switch off the stove, add asafoetida and little millet rice mix well. Serve hot.
                                                                                                                                            
2. Little Millet Neer Dosa Kheer

Ingredients:

Kaadu Little millet (Saamai)  - 2 cups, 
Coconut milk - 4 cups, 
Kaadu Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp, 
Kaadu Cane Jaggery Powder - 2cup, 
Ghee - 2 tsp, 
Salt a pinch.

Method :

Prepare some 10 neer dosa and kept it ready (given the barnyard millet neer dosa recipe. In the same method, prepare a little millet dosa). Grind the grated coconut and take out the milk from it by squeezing it. Keep the thick milk aside. Take the thick milk, and heat it in a vessel. Add jaggery and boil it. Now remove it from the fire and add prepared dosa (pieces). Then add thick milk (coconut) and cardamom powder. Tasty Kheera is ready to serve.
